Why Choose Sam:

I have 15 years of coaching experience that has allowed me to work with different clients. Clients range from beginners who are struggling with losing their first 10-20lbs to amateur bodybuilders achieving their pro status. I am a client centered coach, meaning I structure the approach around my client's life, not the other way around. I am also unique because I am a dad and can relate to my client's struggles with juggling family commitments which helps me see things from my client's from a perspective and tailor an effective program for them.
